Terms and Conditions

1. This Certificate entitles the recipient to an 8-day, 7-night studio or one-bedroom condominium stay for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under age 18, during Value Season only. Larger units are available to accommodate additional travelers for $189 per unit size upgrade, and Peak Season travel dates may be available for an additional $275 Peak Week upgrade. No pets and no smoking, no exceptions.

2. Reservations are based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. The resort and unit size will be assigned when reservations are made. Not all unit sizes are available at all times or at all destinations. Excluded are all Holidays and Special Event weeks, including but not limited to, Christmas, Easter, Mardi Gras and the Daytona 500. To accommodate a request, alternative dates or destinations may be offered. Requests have to be received a minimum of 120 days in advance of the requested travel date.

3. Travel has to be completed within 12 months of the Issue Date.

4. Reservations must be started by submitting a Request Form found on the website and choosing two destinations and dates of travel. A representative will contact you within seven business days of submitting an online request.

5. Once a reservation is made, a Guest Reservation Confirmation, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you. Your Guest Reservation Confirmation and identification will be required upon check-in. The Guest is responsible to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Identification, etc., for departure.

6. This Certificate is for resort accommodations only. Transportation, airfare, meals, telephone calls or any other personal expenses are Guest(s) responsibility. Some resorts require an imprint of a major credit card to cover miscellaneous expenses or for a security deposit. Guest(s) are responsible for any and all additional taxes, fees, utility surcharges and charges assessed by a host resort, including international fees/exchange rates associated with traveling outside the U.S.A.

7. All reservations, once complete, are non-cancelable and nonrefundable. Condominium travel insurance will be offered at time of booking and is highly recommended.

8. Limited to one Certificate per household, one time use only. Not intended for conventions or group travel. It is not valid for Global Connections Inc. or Golf LifeStyles employees, their immediate families or affiliates. This Certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

9. Global Connections, Inc. and Golf LifeStyles will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided as an accommodations agent. Global Connections, Inc. and Golf LifeStyles assume no responsibility for services or acts performed or not performed by resorts or other suppliers, or cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God or for any cause whatsoever due to delays.

10. This Certificate has no cash redemption value and cannot be sold by the end user.

11. This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law. This Certificate is for the purchase of this GiveBack Certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s rights to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

12. GiveBack Vacations will make every effort to fulfill this vacation offer as stated. However, the right is reserved to discontinue offering any of the destinations listed in this offer without notice. When this occurs, GiveBack Vacations will try to substitute comparable destinations.

13. Global Connections, Inc. and Golf LifeStyles shall not be responsible or liable for any misrepresentations, violations of law or any other actions by the person/company who provided this Certificate to you. Global Connections, Inc. and Golf LifeStyles’ liability with respect to this Certificate is limited to fulfillment of the accommodations in accordance with the terms and conditions of use. The Certificate is null and void if it is used incorrectly.

14. The charities that will benefit from the GiveBack Vacations donation are specified at the point of sale (golf tournament or PGA TOUR Superstore) for this Certificate. The Certificate holder cannot specify a charity. Donations may be tax deductable and receipts for tax purposes are available upon request. Consult a professional tax consultant for details.
